Jan. 1st, we were almost too -cold to attend service, while thgj'e were not many attending churches here, Vet each of the .churches had a representative number. The funeral of Mrs. Meclora Brown . Spencer was held at Corinth llupV tist church, on Sunday afternoon Jan. 1st. Rev. Williams, the pastor ; conducted service. Mr. A. Jeter was in charge of the funCful ald'Uliyi'ini'iil*.Bethel Zion and Corinth Baptist ? churches have- alb had Christinas eel-' ebrations. The jgogrnnis were well prepared and many received gifts from Chrisitmas tl'ees. - ' Mrs. A, A. Sims and children spent holidays in Gaffney, where members .j anu^ > friends of Limestone Baptist church made it very pleasant for them. . . -i? , Dr. and Mrs. Montgomery spent Christfhas holidays in Darlington, S.
