League service was! very appropriate and was enjoyed by all who witnessed. The program at 8 p. m. was in charge of the Mothers and. Missionary ladies nf Bethel. The entire evening was one of pleasure and profit to all. Every selection, Jevefy . expression giving dear mother praises. Mrs. Vincent of Ladson Presbyterian Church and Mts. Lomax of Jones Chapel were participants on the program and rendered valuable services.? ? The collection was good for all of which we thank you. G. Gunter. We had with us, Bro. E. J. Robinson, who made a wundnrfnl talk on the lesson. Bro. Robinson was much surprised over the-improvement of the Sunday School and Church and" he found out that we have some of the smartest children that Columbia can boast.
