Master McFaddin submits that it vould be a great hardship upon him x> write out the mass of testimony ;hat has been submitted and upon the iudge to have to sit and listen to the , eading of same. He asks the prodding judge to take up the matter i vith counsel and with himself with a dew to relieving both of this unnec ;ssary hardship. It will be remembered that two ;emporary restraining orders were granted against H. W. Richardson, superintendent of the home, which lave not finally been disposed of. In ;he first N. W. Jones, J. W. Jones and W. C. Cameron were the plaintiffs, laving been dismissed from the home it the first meeting of the new board if commissioners of the home during ;he present year The complaint of Jie plaintiffs alleges that there had leen discontent among the inmates >f the home on account of the manigement of H. W. Richardson, acting is chairman of the board, and they ilso allege discrimination. The more recent of the two injuneions against H. W. Richardson, so- ?. lerintendent of the infirmary, and M. Z. Welsh, commandant, was that granted in the case of C. C. Hortofi, f vho alleges that he was dismis*^ ' vithout reason.
