March 7. 1902. 11-It AN ORDINANCE To Prohibit the Sale of Cocaine or Other Deleterious Drugs Within the Corporate Limits of the Town of Union. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermen of the town of Union, South Carolina, in Council Assembled, and by authority of same: Section I. That from and after the passage of this ordinance, it shall Iv unlawful for any person to sell or dispose of by retail or otherwise, any cocaine or compound containing cocaine or other [>oisODOU3 drugs, within the corporate limits of the town of Union, unless such Mcaine, compound thereof, or drugs lie prescribed by a regular practicing physician of this State, and all druggist selling same shall keep a rtcord of such sale which shall contain the date of sale, the imount sold, and the person to whom raid Sitle is made. Section II.
