I>e it ordainod by tlio Mayor and Aldermen of the town of Union, S <' , In Council assembled and by the authority of the same: That every person, lirm, company i or corporation engaged in or intend* ing to engage in any trade, business or profession hereinafter mentioned within the limits of the town of Union, shall lirstobtain a license from tho said Clerk and Treasurer, and all licenses herein mentioned 'shtll be non-transferable except by special permission from the Mayor or town Council and per annum, if not otherwise specially provided. Ami all licences shall exnire on May 1, 1( 02. but may bo revoked at. any time by the Mayor or Town Council.
