Memmlnger filed his decision in the
case. He discharges the complaint
brought by certain stockholders ol
the Seminole Securities company

A Cia. k and T. S. Bryan et al. In an
effort to hohl Messrs. Jones, Clark
land Bryan, trustees of the company,
