Springs pavilion this year and a big crowd is expected from all the sur ronndlHi eountry to take part In the dance and to spend a most enjoyahle day m the old camping grounds. The picnic will he a basket affair this year a.* it was found too much of k job last year to feed the big crowd that came for the day, but It is prob? able that the crowd will be there any? way with their own baskets full of nice things for dinner and ready to take in the dancing and have a real good old time. The feature of the day, of course, will be the dancing and the man? agement has secured the services of Plckney's full band from Columbia to piny, so the dancers are assured of plenty v>f good music while they dance, and plenty of dancirg. The dancing will start at 10:30 in the morning and will continue until 5 o'clock In the afternoon. Already parties have been or? ganized at Camden and Blshopville to go over by automobile for the day and it is certain that the people from Sumter and all of the surrounding country will turn out in force for the occasion.
