Ham's statement on the gallows was practically the same as! that made at the trial, when he. to? gether with A)ec Weldon and Wlllam Burroughs, was tried for the murder of Mr. E. M. Moye. A tram from Manaca, Chihuahua, was surrounded by insurrectos upon its arrival at that town, captured and backed to a point near San Antonio, hut for what purpose was unknown.
