A Wonderfcii Machine Hampton County possesses an in? vention of a new method of grindiag corn into meal We bave a sample of the meal made by the inventor of the mill or device by which the meal was made. The peculiarity or dif terence between this meal and other mea! ground by the ordinary mill is that this new mill grinds np ali the busk and cob, ali being thoroughly mixed together, and which undergoes no heating process whatever, the meal coming out as cold as the corn on the cob (From several tests made it was shown that the heat put into meal by the prevailing old mills iTiBs from 35 to 60 degrees, which beat deprives the meal of much of its nourishing substance. By the cold process all of the nourishment is re? tained ) The cob contains from 25 to 33 per cent of potash (which is the aLeltbiest thing for a dyspeptic) and the finely ground brand also assists in making; the bread very light But few people know the per cent, of the life of the corn that is killed when ground into meal in the old way Eveiy degree of beat kills just so much life of the corn Some of the leading physicians of the State who hare seen samples of the meal say frankly that it will excel any meal mac e by any known kind of mill in use. Anyone who would like to become interested in helping to get this mill on foot and in use can ob? tain any information desired by call? ing or writing to this office Why go to the Klondike or any other place, eeekiog to make a for -tune, when such opportunities are lying dormant at your own doors awaiting only a small investment ? It is claimed that a machine for a gene? ral business will grind a bushel per minute with not over 25 horse power So you see what a email machine would do running ten hours a day. which could be run day and night, if necessary, which is often done in gin uing cotton when the demand re? quires it -Hampton Guardian ^ 31,500,000 a Day th?
