organization suggested by William

dead, but we won't lie down."

Tenants Most Have Children.
Walter P. Fulkerson, a St. Joseph,
Missouri banker, is building a row of
houses for rent only to families in
which there are children and to newly i
married couples. Newlyweds, according
to Mr. Fulkerson, will be al- j
lowed to occupy the.houses with the,
provision that if there are no children
in their families at the end of j
one year's residence they will be
asked to vacate.
Whenever a child is born in one of
his houses, Mr. Fulkerson announced,
the rent for that month will be returned
to the tenant.
The houses are in one of St. Joseph's
most desirable residence districts.
