C. (J Sunday School Convention at Olanta. I (Communicated) Today there are two things that need emphasizing in our religious life. First, we need to learn that the child is the most important factor in religious education and in evangelism. It is the religious nurture and development of the lives of children that makes possible the growth of the church and the extension of God's kingdom on earth. It cannot be done by ministering only to adult life. Secondly, we need to get on the mind and hearts of every one that ' the Sunday school is the one best agency to nurture and develop the r child life. It is the teaching and the . training agency of the church, and it should be organized to meet the needs * of the growing developing life. It touches life in its infancy and continues to minister to it during the whole of the life of the individual It IBraad Tin Vi I Goo I THE LILY WHI | SESSION IN THE S( i j Tuesday Ni J AT J THERE WILL B " j AND A HUMOROUS S TATIONS. That it is the forerunner of the church in mis-1 sion fields as well as all other relig-1 ious activity is shown clearly when! we find that eighty-five per cent, of' the members received into the church 1 on profession of faith come through ' the Sunday school. Ninety-five per' cent of the persons entering the min-1 istry or other Christian work come as a result of the work of the Sunday ! school.
