NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP , Notice is hereby given that the partnership heretofore composed of W. A. McClarn and L. D. Rodgers, trading under the firm name of McClarn & Rodgers of Kingstree, S. C., has this day by mutual consent, been dissolved. S. 15. Rodgers having purchased the interest of W. A. McClam. The business will be continued under the name of Rodgers and Rodgers. The new hrm oi nougers anu Rodgers has assumed all liabilities of the former partnership and all accounts should be paid to them, and from and after, this date the said W. A.
