As sh< grew weaker and found the reapei death near she called her husband U her. gently placed her arms aboul him, and said, "I shall soon be gone but it is nothing but falling to sleep/ She was a modem businesswomen coming to Marion only a few years ago, purchased a home, and by industry soon paid for ;t with her owr handy work. Mrs. Fox worth was a daughter oi the late James Henry Richardson and a decendent of that old histori< family of Brittons which came ovei to America and settled at a pcinl between the Great and Little Pes Dee, now known as Britton's Neck Edward Hern Britton her gradnfather and her uncle Lieut. James Britton were active participants in th< war between the states. Mrs. Foxworth was in her fortyeighth year and was twice married first to Mr. Samuel Frierson of Williamsburg county where she residec until his death. Moving back to nei native county she married Mr. Robert Evans Foxworth who survive! her and three daughters by her pre vious marriage, Miss Edna Frierson of Norfolk, Va., Mrs. B. F. Gasgue of Dillon; Mrs. C. W. Kaglar oi Cartersville, Ga. She was funeralized by her pastor Rev. J. W. Daniels at her late residence. Interment was made at Ros< Hill cemetery. A Friend. Marion, S. C.
