I I hope we are all patriotic and want to help our soldiers and sailors whip Germany. We can help them by doing many things. We can knit sweaters, socks, helmets and wristlets, because it is so cold over there in France. We can save up our money and give it to the Red Cross, or buy thrift stamps with it. The soldiers, especially the wounded ones, need sheets and pillow cases, so we could make some of them. The soldiers at the camps like sweet things, so we could make them cookies, candy, cake, etc. Then, best of all, we should live cheaper, President Wilson thinks Junior Red Cross very nice.
