No fowls can be removed until after 4 P. M., Thursday, except for sanitary reasons. 2. The Expert Judge will confine the awards strictly to tho^ laid down in the premium list. 3. The New American Standard of Perfection will govern in varieties fxcept Pit Games, which will be judged for their pit qualities. 4. In no case will a premium be awarded when a specimen does not score 70 points, the first premium bird to score 80 points. 5. Every exhibitor must be the bona fide owner of each and every entry made by him. 6. Where only one entry is exhibited in a class an award on the merit will be given if worthy. 7. The address of exhibitor and price may be placed on the coop at any time after being judged. 8. All shippers of poultry must plainly mark eachcoop with owner's name and shipping point, that all may be promptly returned at close of Fair without iiuoiaivu ^ 9.
