It is only natural that the simplest of ailments should be the most general, and so we have a whole nation suffering from constipation and indigestion, for they are closely allied. Mrs Montgomery's life seems to be a fulfillment of the Bible promise that "the seed of the f righteous shall prosper." The people of Greelyville are noted for their hospitality,dispensed in the old Southern style. The Baptist, Methodist and Presbyterian churches are well attended and are in keeping with the progress of the town. Rev Mr Brown is the well loved pastor of the Presbyterian church. I attended the Sunday-school at the last-named church, which bears the name of McDowell, in honor of that dear.departed saint, Rev James McDowell. The little I band of earnest workers in that Sun day-school has, by its industry and faithfulness, won the only banner given by Harmony Presbytery to the schools for the showing made on "Rally" day.
