Williamsburg Man Struck by Train and Fatally Ininred. * 'i Ellenton, September 29:?Our little town was shocked on Saturday morning:, September 21, when it was learned that Mr Barron B Snowden had been badly hurt by a passing train. At first it was hoped the wounds would not prove fatal. A |9 short time after being found the injured man was taken to Augusta, Ga, to a hospital, where he died a few hours later. Mr Snowden was a railroad man and had been for many years. He became a resident of this place several months ago, and during this time won many friends by his kindness of heart, generosity and integrity. He was 48 years of age and was a native of Williamsburg county, having been reared at Indiantown, some 20 miles from Kingstree. In 1889 he married Miss Elizabeth Baxter,of Liberty county, Ga. He is survived by his wife and three children?two sons and one daughter. Mr Snowden's death is much regretted and great sympathy is felt for his widow and young family, who have been so suddenly deprived of the love, assistance and protection of husband and father. The Mistake Is Made by Many Kingstree Citizens. / Don't mistake the cause of backache. To be cured you must know the cause. It is wrong to imagine relief is cure. Backache is kidney ache. A resident of this vicinity [shows you how. cl P Lane, Marion, S Car, says: "For more than a yearl suffered frcm i i l J _ t i^i i_ Dacnacne ana snarp pains mrougn my loins. In the morning on first arising,I was so lame and stiff that I could scarcely get around and some days I was unable to work. My kidneys were sluggish and the secretions were unnatural.I heard so much about Doan's Kidney Pills that I concluded to give them a trial and procured a box. After a brief use I felt better than I had for years, my back became stronger, the lameness and soreness disappeared and the kidney secretions were regular in passage. You may use my testimonial if it will prove of benefit to any other person suffering from kidney trouble." For sale by all dealers. Price 50 cents.
