I The next question was how ( the thief gained entrance into j the building without breaking , the lock. In pursuing this fine ? of investigation a most remark- j able state of affairs came to light. It was found that the, same key would unlock about j half of the front doors of the j i store buildings on Academy < street and several stores on 1 Main street besides.
