That soil, climate, etc., conduce to make this one of the most profitable crops has been clearly and convincingly demonstrated by about eight years of varied .experiences. Northeastern South Carolina has securely taken her place upon the bright tobacco belt of the continent. And the relative positions of the markets have been settled j also. The people of that community are making an effort to boiid a new school bouse and the proceeds will be applied to the building fund.
