The law appears to be plain. If of a person who returns a dog has dx any other property, that property can be sold to collect the tax d*- on the dog; in other words, any iio property is liable for the tax on a dog once in the tax returns. he lte Of course if the party returning or a dog has no other property, \ then the dog is liable, but it is ? held that any property, real es tate or personal property, is liable for a dog tax, where the dog is on the tax returns.?News and Courier.
