An Ordinance To Prohibit the Sweeping of Paper and Trash into the Streets of tlie Town of Kingstree and Leaving tin1 Camejonjthe' Streets: Be it ordained by the Intendant and Wardens of Kingstree in Council assembled and by authority of the same: Sec 1 That it shall be unlawful .1. r ^ lor anv person wiinin uu- iu?ihh Kingstree to sweep or remove from his or her store, place of business or premises, any paper or trash of whatever kind on any of the streets of the said town, and fail to remove or burn the same. Sec 2 That any person who violates this ordinance shall be punished by fine of not mor than $10, or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days.
