Following Mr Thomas, came little Misses Daisy and Georgia Stack. ley, lovely white visions, the lirstj bearing the beautiful wedding ring and the second the bride's bouquet, a charming shower of maiden hair and bride's roses, the little maidens stood the one on either side of tha arch. Mr and Mrs Duncan will make Columbia their future home where the grcom is employed by the S A L road. A committee composed of Messrs A H Williams, LLCaldwell and W L Bass was appointed to look into the matter of a fire department with instructions to recommend a system of fire protection and report upon the advisability of bonding- the town to establish a system. Another meeting was called for June 20th at 8:30, in the Pythian hall to hear the report of the committee mentioned, act upon the same and to further discuss t"he sanitary condition of the town with the object of devising some plan for improving the same.
