The Rev Mr Smith was angry. ‘‘I doant think muih o’ dis northe’n idee o’ justice,” he said. He came in town a short time ago and a few days of sight seeing swept away his bank roll. But he had a loaded re volver left and he went up to see Frank D Nicholson, a pawn broker in West Forty eighth street. ‘‘Ah want $2 on dis heah gun.” said the parson. "It’s loaded,” said the pawn broker, looking over the revol ver. ‘‘I’ll giye you a dollar ” ‘‘Two or nuthin’,” said the belligerent parson, pointing it at the pawnbroker’s head. The pawnbroker yelled for he’p Wnen he was arraigned before Judge Newberger yesterday, (’apt Canton, the prisoner’s council, said: “This man is a minister of the gospel. In the south people are allowed to carry revolvers.
