The Orangobnrg Schools. The following schools will open in Orangeburg on Monday January 4th, from which the people can take their choice: . Miss B. 8. Albeigotti, at the corner of Russell street and Bailroad Avenue Miss Albergotti is a teacher of ezperi ence and ability and has been well pro ven in Orangeburg, having the oldest school. We commend it to public at tention as an excellent school for young ladies. James S. Heyward, at the Fair Building, who is recommended, as his circular shows, by our most prominent citizens. He intends opening a board iog school In connection with his day school in February, when he will change his location to a residence on Russell street, which he has rented for the purpose. Rev. O. A. Hough,who has recently moved among us, and will open at the new school house of the Lutheran church. If ins faithfulness and popu larky as pastor is any criterion of his eareer as a teacher, wo know he will meet with abundant success. We wel come him to his new field, and trust he will prosper. S. R. Mellichamp, whb keeps in the basement of Dukes' Hotel. Mrs. Glover we believe keeps the only free school, and the community is fortunate in securing her services as she is a faithful instructress of the young.
