Your Social

Some College students may
receive financial help from so
cial security, according to Car

of the Greenwood Social Secur
ity Office. Payments may lie
made up to age 22 to students
who are entitled to benefits on
the record of a retired, deceased,
or disabled parent. The student
must be unmarried and still in
school, Mr. Bagwell said.
Payments are not restricted
to just college students, but
may be made to full-time stu
dents in trade schools, business
colleges, or high schools. Checks
are payable for the between-
term months of the summer
also, if the young man or wo
man plans to return to school
in the fall.
Mr. Bagwell said that the
earnings a student has will not
affect his monthly social secur
