Notice is hereby given that the
General Election for State and
County will be held at the vot
ing precincts fixed by law in the
County aforesaid on Tuesday,
November 3, 1964, said day being
Tuesday follo^ng the first Mon
day as prescribed by the State
Constitution.
Before the hour fixed for the
opening of the potts Managers
and Clerks must take and sub
scribe to the constitutional oath.
The Managers elect their Chair
man and Clerk.
The polis shall be opened at
such voting places as shall be des
ignated at 8 o’clock in the fore
noon, and close at 6 o’clock in
the afternoon of the day of elec
tion, except that in Aiken County
the polls shall remain open until
7 p.m., and shall be held open
during these hours without inter
mission or adjournment; and jhe

person offering to vote oath that
he is qualified to vote at this fl
ection, according to the Constitu
