Pitts of Silverstreet, is currently assigned as a communications technician at Kimpo Air Base, and installa tion of the Fifth Air Force in Korea. The 21-year-old airman enlisted in the Air Force at Columbia in March 1953 and received specialist training at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base, Cheyenne, Wyo., be fore going to the Far East. He has been awarded the National Defence, Korean and United Nations Service medals. Airman Pitts was graduated from Silverstreet high school in 1952, after which he worked at the' Coca-Cola Bottling plant here on College street.
