Gar lington. Former Newberrian Injured In Wreck Mrs. J. G. Donaldson of Char lotte, • N. C., was injured in an automobile accident near Great Fails on Saturday, December 18, en route to her home in Charlotte after a visit with Mrs. P. G. Elli- sor on Johnstone street. Mr. and Mrs. Donaldson will be remembered by many Newber- rians. They made their home here for six years when Mr. Donaldson was manager of the Southern Shoe store. At that time, they lived in an apartment in Mrs. El- lisor’s home. Mrs. Donaldson was reported to be recovering nicely at a hos pital in Charlotte after the wreck.
