C. ftblO “GETTING IS ONLY A BY-PRODUCT OF GIVING” The Kendall Company and its Newberry plants has “given” Newberry much over the years; it has given scores of our people the opportunity to better them selves, to have homes and to enjoy the fruits of good wages. KENDALL has always been a good citizen, contributing to all phases of Newberry life. If good things have come to Kendall as a result of this policy it is just reward and we are happy for them. Best wishes for the New Oakland. Farmers Ice & Fuel Co GEORGE MARTIN, Manager Vance Martin Fred Hentz THE CARD—One of the 152 carda at Oakland Mill.
