It is the most common excuse advanced for ignoring the law and the rights of others. It is the most senseless, most inexcusable reason for destroying lives and property. Driving and drinking definitely do not mix. It is a proven i a t diat the driver who has been drinking is NOT capable oi driving safely, even though he might feel entirely sober. There is only one way to be sure-DON’T DRIVE IF YOU HAVE BEEN DRINKING. Furthermore, refuse to ride with anyone who has been drinking.
