NBC places Fred Allen and Bob Hope in the best comedian division and Henry Aid- rich for best family program. Best female singer is CBS’ Dinah Shore. Worst programs on the air are NBC’s Bandwagon and CBS’ Maisie. f After nine years of shows, NBC comedian Bob Hope is planning a vacation . . . With Mrs. Hope, he plans to leave Hollywood in July for South America, then England where they will visit relatives and friends HAIL THE KING . . .
