More than in the lesson of Jan uary 9, we now see Jesus using His power to help—showing His mas- ter-v over nature and death itself. Tbward evening of the day stud ied last'Sunday, Jesus departed in the ship from which He had taught, for the eastern shore. One of the sudden storms that occur on Galilee alarmed the disciples. The De la Howe girls -won their gsme by the score of 32-15. De Ja Howe’s boys’ team had things fhefr own way as they won from their rivals to the tune of 66-12. On Saturday night, January 15th, De la Howe teams were a- gafn successful when they took victories from strong Connie Max well teams in Greenwood. The rfris won their game from a hard ffehtfrio crohanage team by the score of 29-19. The boys’ game was very closely contested. Tbe next De la Howe home games will be with Abbeville in Hie De la Howe gymnasium at 8 o'clock on Friday evening, Janu- axy 28.
