Miss Jewell Patterson of Green ville spent the week end here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. O Patterson.. Mr. and Mrs. H. N. Coleman had as guests Sunday their children, Miss Mary Sue and Mr. Jack Cole man of Greenville and Miss Eva Coleman of Gastonia, N. C. The Girls Auxiliary of the Mc Cormick Baptist W. M. U. will take part in a rally of young people’s organizations to be held in Abbe ville Baptist Church Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock. The young people will be accom- | panied to Abbeville by their Local Leader, Mrs. A. Thad. Persons, and the Associational Superintendent, Mrs. D. C. Talbert. Mr. W. L. Martin of Columbia came over Saturday night for Mrs. Martin and Sylvia Jean who spent the past week here with their grandfather, Mr. G. P. McCain.
