Wyche, United States Attorney for the Western District of South Carolina, under the direction of the Attorney General,, has filed an application in the District Court of the United States for the Wes tern District of South Carolina, stating that the United States is desirous of purchasing, under the provisions of the Weeks Forestry Act (36 Stat. 961) certain lands in McCormick County, South Caro lina, consisting of the tracts here inabove set forth, containing in the aggregate one thousand seven hundred fifty-seven and 60-100 (1.757.60) acres! more or less, and all of said lands being fully de scribed by surveys made by the Forest Service of The United States, which said surveys and descrip tions are fully set out in the ap plication filed by the United States Attornev in the office of the Clerk of the United States District Court, at Greenville, South Carolina, and that you may be the owner, or the supposed owner ,of the several tracts of land, or a part thereof, or have some right, title, or in terest therein, or in some part thereof. Wherefore, you are re quired to come forward on the 20th day of April, 1936. at three o’clock, p. m., at the United States District Court, to be holden at Greenville, South Carolina, and file objections, if any you have, to the proposed purchase of said lands, otherwise a judgment will be en tered against you. The infant de fendants and persons under any other legal disability hereinabove named are further notified that the order of court provides that unless they procure the ap- pcintment of a guardian ad litem to represent them in said proceed ing, within twenty days after per sonal service of the said notice upon them, or in- case service is made upon them by publication, within twenty days after the said service has been completed., the court, upon petition of the under- J signed, will appoint a guardian! ad litem for said infant defend- ! ants.
