Pursuant to judgment of the Court and a decree of sale in the above entitled cause, I will sell at public auction on Salesday in July, 1932 (the same being the 4th day of July, 1932), in front of the Court House Door, in the City of McCor mick, County and State aforesaid, during the legal hours of sale, on terms specified below, the follow ing described real estate, to wit: All that tract or plantation of land situate, lying and being in the County of McCormick, State of South Carolina, containing Ninety- Eight and Seventy-Four One Hundredths (98.74) Acres, more or less, situate, lying and being on the Public Road known as the “Post Road” about one mile Northwest from the Town of McCormick, in Bordeaux Township, County of Mc Cormick, State of South Carolina, and being bounded on the North by lands of Mrs. J. M. Belcher, on the East by lands of G. H. McCaih, lands of McCormick Land and Lumber Company; on the South by Rocky Creek, and on the West by lands of R. L. Smith. This being the same land as was acquired by the said Henry Thomas by the fol lowing deeds: Deed of J. B. NOTICE OF ENROLLMENT TO DEMOCRATIC VOTERS The rules of the Democratic Party require that the club roll books be opened for all members of the party who are not already enrolled and who are entitled to enroll on the first Tuesday in June 1932. All members who were regu larly enrolled during the elections of 1930 and have not changed their residence since that time are not required to enroll again for the 1932 primaries. In case any prop erly enrolled voters have changed their residences to other club dis tricts they shall be entitled to en roll in their new precincts upon making a request for certificates of transfer to the Secretary of their former club who shall certify in writing to the Secretary of the pre cinct or club where each enrolled voter desires to be enrolled, that such voter was duly enrolled in his club, giving the date of enrollment, name, age, occupation and address. Then the Secretary must note in ink upon his club roll that such voter is transferred. Upon pres entation of the certificate of trans fer to the Secretary, the applicant shall be permitted to enroll in his new precinct provided that he is in all other respects qualified under the law and rules of the party. The book will be in charge of the Sec retary of your club and the enroll ment committee as listed below, and shall be kept in the custody of the Secretary or at such place as shall be designated by the enroll ment committee. The club roll shall be open to inspection oy any member of the party. The oooks of enrollment shall close on the fourth Tuesday in July.
