Marshall Appointed Receiver to Take Charge in 10 Days Unless Large ROnd is Furnished. The State, 25th, Judge Gary has issued an order in the case of the receivership of the Farmers' Alliance exchange making Col. J. Q. Marshall the receiver for the organization.
