The Nowberry county board of eon 'trol reported the resignation of Beer iDispenser Dominick, which, under the - provisions of a previous resolution of the Sitate board, peirmanently closes theI Newberry dispensary. The Newberry board also reported that an extensive "blind tiger" business was being carried on in that county, and that the State constables were making no effort to suppress the illicit traffic.
