It is with out pledges which would enable it to borrow money. Never in. its history hais its finanoal condition been so bad in the 'mddle of a ipresidential campaign. Please do everything that .You can to avoiiA tual disaster. According to Mr. Gossett, the young man has 'worked all his 'life, and be ing a. man of frugal habits has saved some money.
