Ow ings, prominlent business man of this place, was very seriously burned here early tonight when a gasoline tank in a building near his residence exploded. The tank was part of an illumina tion system. M\r. Owings; went to the building iwith a lantern, and It is sup posed that the gasoline caught tIre fromn the flame while he was inspect ing it.
