discretion of the mayor or city council,
be required to labor upon the streets,
highways and other public works of
the City of Laurens under the super
vision of the said city council.
Sec. C. The foregoing ordinance j
shall go into effect immediately, and
all ordinances inconsistent herewith!
are repealed.
