Madden, April 9th.- Mr. Thurman Finlcy met with a very painful acci dent recently, having been thrown by a mule, thereby dislocating his shoulder. Finlcy and family of Clinton, Miss Juanita Wofford of Wood ruff, Miss Ethel Bryson of Mountvillo and Miss Omega Madden of Greenville Female College. Mr. P. 11. Martin, who was seriously sick last Sunday, is much improved at this time. Miss Josie Martin recently visited her cousin, Miss Janic Brown, near Lisbon.
