The Ware house Committee of the South Carolina Division of the Southern Cotton Asso ciation, consisting of the following gen tlemen: E. W. Robertson, Columbia; W. E. Burnett, Spartanburg; T. B. Stackhouse, Dillon; Leroy Springs, Lancaster; B. H. Harris, Pendleton; L. W. Youmans, Fairfax, met in the of fice of the Association to-day, and adopted the following resolutions: Resolved 1st: That this Committee recommend to every community in South Carolina, where the necessity for warehouses exists, to build these ware houses through their efforts, or by out side assistance if proffered or if possi ble to obtain, at a cost of from $800 to $1,200, with a storage capacity re spectively of from 500 to 1,000 bales of cotton. Resolved 2nd: That we urge upon the farmers the importance of storing their cotton promptly upon being gin ned, in the standard warehouses, where they can get negotiable warehouse re ceipts, thus saving it from loss in weight and damage, and putting it in [\ negotiable shape so that they will not be forced to market it except at their own pleasure; as has been demonstrated by the action of the New Orleans Con vention that reasonable prices can be obtained, irrespective of the size of the crop, by judicious marketing; and this can only be accomplished by an ef fective warehouse system. Resolved 3rd: That any information as to the construction or outside assis tance can be obtained by communicat ing with the Columbia office of the Southern Cotton Association. That a copy of these resolutions be filed in \ this office, and that a copy be given to | the press with the request that all the county papers publish them. -j * Mr. J. C. Hyomei, the Quaranteed Catarrh Cure, Prescribed by Physicians. No one should confound Hyomei with the patent medicines that are adver tised to cure catarrh. It is as far su perior to them all as the diamond is more valuable than cheap glass. Their composition is secret, but Hyomei gives its formula to all reputable phy sicians. Its base is the valuable eucalvptus oil, famous for its antiseptic qualities. This is combined with aromatic and healing gums and balsams, making a Eure liquid, which when used in the [yomei pocket inhaler, fills the air you breathe with germ-killing, disease de stroying and healing powers that kills all catarrhal germs that may be in the throat, nose and lungs. How foolish it is to try and cure ca tarrh by swallbwiinv tablets ?Oft Wgvjids. The only natural way to cure this" dis ease and all other diseases of the re spiratory organs is to breathe Hyomei. This treatment has been so success sul, curing 99 per cent, of all who have used it, that Hyomei is now sold by The Laurens D*ug Co. under an abso lute guarantee to refund the m >ncy ;r it does not cure. You run no risk what ever in buying Hyomei. If it did not possess unusual powers to cure, it could not be sold upon this plan. The complete Hyomei outfit costs $1.00 and comprises an inhaler, a bottle of Hyomei and a dropper. The inhaler will last a lifetime; and additional bot tles of Hyomei can be obtained for 50 j cents.
