Be it ordained by the Mayor and Mdermen of the Town of Lancaster, 8. C., in Council assembled, and by the authority of the same, to provide for supplies and necessary expenses of the town, Section 1. That the following taxes | be and are hereby levied for the fiscal year 1904, that is to say: 1st. A tax of fifty cents on each $100.00 of the value of all real and personal property within the corporate limits of the Town of Lancaster, S. C., due and payable between the first and thirty-first days of November, 1904, at the office of the Town Treasurer; and all taxes due and remaining unpaid on the 1st day of December, 1904, shall be subject to a penalty of 15 per cent for the nonpayment of taxes when due.
