(J., due and payable between IIr?st and thirty first days of October, 1003, at the ollice of the Town Treasurer ; and all taxes due and remaining unpaid on tho 1st day of November, 1003, shall be subject to such penalties and costs as arc now or may hereafter be imposed by the State laws for the non-payment of taxes when due. And the Town Treasurer after default, in the payment ot said taxes, shall issue execution directed to any policeman of the Town or Sheriff of the County for the de'inquent taxes, costs and penalties following the mode lor collecting do linquent taxes as now provided Kir kj y i^vato irtwn. 2nd.
