THE SOUTHERN'S FAST MAIL It Makes Record Time and Carries no Passengers. Atlanta, Nov. 2 ?The Southern railway's fast mail train with a time card schedule of 33 hours between Now York and New Orleans was inaugurated today. The first train which reached this eity tonight made the record run in 22 hours. The train is routed over the Pennsylvania railroad, the Southern railway, the Atlanta andWest Point and Western of Alabama railway and the Louisville and Nashville railroad.
