I do not think it a wild statement that in one generation of such object lessons the minority who have the means nnd intelligence to lead public opinions will have a majority at their back?a vast j army of indefatigable workers ?who will settle ail questions of j public utilities and decorations along lines which will make for . the best interest and highest' good.
