The House covered a greal
Meal | of ground today in disposing
of Senate bills. There
ivraa but little discussion on any
of the bills and quite a number
.were either passed to their third
reading or sent to their death.
The most important bill passed

Senato proposed to assess cottftn

reason of the scarcity of food

number of fish in the interior
rivers of the State, the best
method of protecting the shellfish
and terrapin and all game,
and also to urge through the
proper officials the establishment
of fish hatcheries by the fish commission
of the United States
Government, and to report to the
General Assembly at its next

President of the Senate and
