Whereas, As the articles of agreement expire on Feb ruary i, 1807, the firm of Sligh & Rucker will on that date be dissolved by mutual consent, and in the mean time the Entire Stock of goods in their mammoth establishment will be disposed of at Actual Cost. There will be no charging during this sale and no goods will be sent out on approbation. We have had a satisfactory busi ness during the past season and cordially thank the people of Flor ence and vicinity for a liberal pat- r ronage. Our goods are all new, our sales- men and sales ladies are instructed to sell strictly at cost, and we. hope our friends will avail themselves ef this splendid opportunity. After February 1 Mr. Rucker will Continue Business at Florence and Mr. Sli&h at Darlington.
