Mr. Spence had been siek for about ten days of typhoid-pneumosia. ,Mr. Spence was one of the best citi zens in the county. He was a man of the highest character, and everybody had the utmost confidence in him. The funeral services will be held at Ridgeway this afternoon. He was 68 years of age.
