THE DEMoCRATIO CONsTITUTIoN. We have been besot by parties be longing to different clubs for copies of the Democratic Constitution. When we published it we requested all our subsoribers to lay it aside for future reference. A very few have done so, and as all our extra copies have long ago been disposed of, we republish the constitution this morning. In another issue we wvill republish the scheme of primary elections, as finally adopted by the County Club. We sincerely hope these will be preserved, as it will be impossible for us to publish them ; and as the campaign proceeds they 'will bo ih great de nandI ' Domocraac Club. Elk in was unanimously elected a member of the County Executive Counmittee. President Thom as, upon taking the chair, made a few eloquent re marks, inviting the hearty co-opera tion of the members in the work of the approaching campaign. Point ed remarks were also mle by Col. H. C. Davis and Col. B. E. Eikin. It is the (ietermuination of this club to preserve its organiz ttion intact, and to rival, if possible, the splcndid re, suilts achieve.l in the memor::ble campiign of 1876. .
